    3rd Thursdays are a collaborative effort of the Borough of Indiana, Downtown Indiana, Indiana Arts Council, the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce and the Indiana University of Pennsylvania College of Fine Arts, all of whom have come together to support downtown businesses by increasing visitors to the business district.
