There is 11,166 sq. ft. of shell space remaining for a proposed STEM education facility.

The building is located on the campus of the Indiana County Technology Center (ICTC), a technical school in Indiana County serving high school and adult students. The ICTC provides technical and academic curricula offering students both theory and hands-on education into secondary education or direct employment into the trades.
