Highpointe at Indian Springs, Building 2
280 Indian Springs Road – Indiana, PA
Completed in 2008, Highpointe Building #2 provides Class A office space in a variety of sizes, from as little as 1,600 square feet to as much as 11,750 square feet of contiguous space–as well as intermediate-sized office space ranging from 3,500 square feet to 6,000 square feet.
This three-story building features excellent vistas to the south and west, secured entry, a luxurious lobby/waiting area, standard conference rooms with online scheduling, fiber-optic connectivity, a typical roof terrace for special tenant functions, a loading dock, backup power, and other amenities typical of Class A office space.
The Highpointe site is located on Indian Springs Road (Business Route 422), one-half mile east of Business Route 119. This was the first of two office buildings constructed at the Highpointe site, which the ICDC purchased and renovated in 2002 as a multi-tenant office facility.
This 20,000-square-foot building is currently approximately 75% occupied, with available office suites ranging in size from as small as 250 square feet to as large as 800 square feet. Much of this building is occupied by workforce training providers and other tenants associated with the Pennsylvania CareerLink system.
Building amenities include a campus-like setting, fiberoptic access, and shared lunch room/break facilities. This facility is ideal for startup businesses and/or businesses that need only a small amount of space with low overhead costs.

Interchange Center
175 Cornell Road – Blairsville, PA
The Interchange Center is prominently located at the intersection of US Route 22 and US Route 119 within the Corporate Campus Business Park. This 28,000-square-foot building is one of the most visible structures in the area.
It features an L-shaped design with staggered suites that have distinct outside entrances. Suites are available in increments of 2,500 square feet, allowing for easy combination or separation of tenant spaces, with a maximum size of 12,500 square feet. Additionally, three suites in the north wing include rear loading docks.
