Paddle and Picnic
Friends of The Blairsville Communities in conjunction with The Indiana County Chamber of Commerce are currently organizing a 10-mile paddle through the Pac Saddle Gap of the Conemaugh River, from Robinson to Blairsville from 9:00 AM – 2:30PM followed by a picnic, from 2:30PM-4:30PM on Saturday June 11.
Kayak shuttles will be provided at the cost of $15.00 per kayak. Kayak rentals will be available at a cost of $45.00 per kayak. The event is limited to the first 50 registered participants, all participants must wear a personal floating device and no “fishing/sit atop” kayaks will, be permitted.
Reservations can be made by contacting the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce at 724-465-2511 no later than June 7.
Blairsville’s Knotweed Festival
At the Blairsville Diamond, August 13th – Featuring crafts, food, and beverage vendors. Kids activities and Free Concerts throughout the day.
