Windy Ridge Business and Technology Park
This emerging new business park, encompassing almost 200 acres near the intersection of US Route 422 and SR 286, features a premier business park environment with water features, walking trails, and almost 40 acres of wooded open spaces.
The park is anticipated to host a mix of potential business clientele, including commercial services, office buildings, research and development, light manufacturing, and more.

This new business park, located at the intersection of US Route 119 and Luciusboro Road, adjacent to the Coral-Graceton communities, comprisestwo shovel-ready terraces, each approximately 8 acres, with underground utilities and a public access road.
Stormwater facilities and preliminary site grading were completed in early 2014, and access road paving and street lighting were completed in the fall of 2014.
