Tri-County Investment Board Employer of the Year Award

The Tri-County Workforce Investment Board is seeking nominations for employers in Armstrong, Butler, and Indiana Counties who have significantly contributed to workforce development within the region. An Employer of the Year Award will be given to an employer in each of the three counties to highlight the collaboration of business and workforce investment in the three counties.

The deadline for nominations is October 31, 2023.

To be eligible, nominees must be an employer located in Armstrong, Butler, or Indiana Counties.

Nominations will be accepted from anyone within the community. Employers are strongly encouraged to nominate themselves. Previous winners may be nominated; however, a company cannot win two years in a row.

Winners will be selected based on nominee efforts to support and utilize the local workforce development.

Nominations will be reviewed by a committee of members of the Tri-County Workforce Development Board.

The Employer of the Year will be honored at the December 8, 2023 Workforce Investment Board Meeting. Winners will be notified prior to the meeting by email and a follow-up letter.
